given their competition day, and the fellow competitors,
i thought, it should be attainable.
nonetheless, reality bites.

i think it struck me
when i saw the secondary 1's crumbling;
all armed with tissue to battle those tears.
being a member of this family for barely 3 months,
they too, felt the blow dealt.

that familiar, soothing prayer delivered.

it is gonna be a tough 2 years ahead,
